If you are a current holder of the 7.995% senior notes due 2036 (the “Notes”) of Embarq Corporation or a prospective investor that is an eligible purchaser of the Notes and wish to receive more information regarding Brightspeed via access to Brightspeed’s confidential data site, please fill out, sign, and return the attached request for information and confidentiality agreement located here.
